Description
Finest three-row Akoya cultured pearl necklace with historical diamond clasp, crafted from 750 / 18ct yellow gold (stamped and guaranteed).
The elegant, neck-hugging necklace consists of three rows of full-round Akoya cultured pearls with a fine, shimmering lustre.
The jewellery clasp is historical and was created around 1890: 79 sparkling old-cut and rose-cut diamonds set in silver, totalling ca. 2.8 carats, come together to form a flower motif. The diamonds are in the beautiful quality range (I-L, SI1-SI2).
The beautiful large Akoya cultured pearls and the clasp on the underside of the clasp were created around 1980.
This elegant necklace is characterised on the one hand by the large decorative clasp, which is crafted in the style typical of the late 19th century, and on the other hand by the particularly beautiful quality of the Akoya cultured pearls. It is perfect for festive events and proves that different jewellery eras can be wonderfully combined with each other.
Length of the necklace (shortest strand): 38.0 cm.
Dimensions of the clasp: 3.0 x 2.1 cm.
Diameter of the 73 diamonds: ca. 1.0 - 5.0 mm, total ca. 2.8 ct (I-L, SI1-SI2).
