Beautiful historical Biedermeier garnet necklace made of tombac (tested and guaranteed).

The centerpiece of the necklace is a large cartouche in the shape of a flower and volutes set with eight sparkling garnet roses, three hop blossoms hang symmetrically down. The magnificent centrepiece, which also serves as a clasp, is strung on eight faceted garnet strands.

This wonderful necklace was made around 1850 and is a wonderful example of Biedermeier jewellery.
It can be wonderfully combined with traditional costumes and dirndls as well as other classic styles.

Length of the necklace: 38,0 cm.
Dimensions of the central motif (with eyelets): approx. 6.1 x 5.3 cm.
Diameter of the garnets: approx. 3.2 - 3.8 mm.
Weight: 53.7 grams.
