Beautiful historical brooch made of rose gold 333 / 8 ct (stamped and guaranteed).

The brooch has a transverse oval shape and is richly decorated with floral and curved ornaments. In the center of the brooch sits anandnbsp;oval faceted amethyst of approx.andnbsp;16.2 carats.andnbsp;The colored stone is a beautifulandnbsp;deep purple and isandnbsp;held in a dimple setting. 16 fine shimmering seed beads adorn the ornamental frame and exude theirandnbsp;contemporary charm.

On the back, the brooch has a well-functioning pin with C-hook.

The antique brooch was created around 1890 and is a wonderful example of the jewellery artundnbsp;of historicism.
