Description
Rare antique earrings with diamonds, crafted from yellow gold 585 / 14 ct and platinum (tested and guaranteed).
Slender hinged hoop earrings each with a narrow pendulum-shaped suspension, at the end of which swings a round decorative element set with an old-cut diamond. The pendulum and prongs are also each decorated with two fine diamond roses. The six diamonds have a total stone weight of approx. 0.35 carats (G-H, SI1).
As was customary at the time, the earrings are made of yellow gold and have a platinum overlay so that the diamonds really stand out.
The historic earrings were created around 1910 and reflect the spirit of the Belle Époque, when people preferred to wear delicate jewelry designs with high-quality "white" precious metal trimmings. Today, the earrings can be beautifully combined with feminine looks and a classic wardrobe.
Dimensions of the earrings (incl. stud): 4.0 x 0.7 cm.
Diameter of the diamonds: ca. 1.5 - 3.5 mm, total ca. 0.35 ct (G-H, SI1).
Total weight: 2.5 grams.
Condition: Very nice historical condition, freshly cleaned, see photos.
You will receive the earrings lovingly packaged in one of our pretty cases and with a certificate of authenticity.
Please note: Vintage or antique jewelry items are worn objects that may show slight signs of wear due to their history.
