Rare elegant Belle Époque ear clips set with diamonds, crafted in 750 / 18K rose gold and platinum (tested, stamped and guaranteed).
The beautiful Belle Époque ear clips remind in their shape of the leaf of a Japanese ornamental maple and are made of rose gold with platinum overlay. They are set with a total of 92 old cut and rose cut diamonds. The diamonds have a total stone weight of about 1.5 carats and a beautiful quality (g-h, VS2-SI1)
On the back, the ear clips feature a white gold 750 omega clip clasp (stamped and guaranteed) that was applied circa 1960. This allows the earrings to be put on and taken off easily and securely.
The wonderful ear clips were created around 1910 and are a very fine example of the festive style of jewelry art in the Belle Époque.
