Description
Fine historical Art Deco ring with diamonds and sapphires, made of yellow gold 585 / 14 Kt and platinum (both tested and guaranteed).
The shield-shaped ring head made of platinum is set with diamonds and sapphires. A larger old cut diamond sits in the center, surrounded by twelve octagon cut diamonds and two rectangle cut sapphires. The diamonds have a total stone weight of approx. 0.5 carat, the sapphires of approx. 0.08 carat.
The diamonds are in the nice middle quality range (G-H/VS2)
The delicate ring band of yellow gold rounds off the design in a manner typical of the period.
The pretty ring was created around 1915 and is a fine example of the elegant jeweller's art of that era!
