Description
Beautiful pair of earrings by Theodor Fahrner made of gold-plated silver 835 (stamped and guaranteed and maker's hallmark "TF").
The flower shapes as well as the leaf-shaped element of the earrings are ornamented with beautiful cordell soldering work. This technique characterized Fahrner filigree jewelry since 1932. The hinged hoop bristles, also decorated, ensure a secure hold on the ear and easy donning and doffing.
Theodor Farner from Pforzheim and later his successor Gustav Braendle knew how to make artistically convincing designs and quality workmanship the hallmark of their jewelry in the Art Nouveau and Art Deco eras like hardly any other jewelry manufacturer.
The ear jewelry originates from the bijouterie Theodor Ferners from Pforzheim around 1938 and is still today a wonderful complement to many styles.
Length of the earrings: 4.5 cm.
Diameter of the flowers: 1.5 cm.
Weight: total 6.1 grams.
Condition: Very nice condition, freshly cleaned, see photos.
You will receive the earrings lovingly packed in one of our high quality cases and with certificate of authenticity.
Please note: Vintage or antique jewelry are worn items that may show slight signs of wear due to their history.
