Description
Precious Art Deco ring with diamonds and onyx, worked in white gold 750/ 18 Kt (stamped and guaranteed).
The large, shield-shaped ring head has an onyx inlay centered with a large, old-cut diamond set in delicate millet settings. The old cut diamond has a stone weight of approximately 0.7 carats and is in the nice quality range (G-H/VS1-VS2).
The surrounding onyx sits in a bezel setting, each accented with two diamond roses and granulation at the top and bottom.
The simple white gold ring band completes the design.
The ring was created around 1920 and speaks to the elegant form and material language of Art Deco.
