Rare golden Biedermeier ensemble consisting of a brooch and a pair of ear pendants in yellow gold 585 / 14 Kt (tested and guaranteed).
The handmade brooch has a transverse oval shape. It is set in the middle with an artfully engraved circle motif. Around andnbsp;the rim is adorned with small beads and fine scrollwork.
In the center sits a rose-cut diamond of approx. 0.15 carat. Above it a smooth black enamelled ribbon cuff adorns the brooch.
On the back, the brooch has a securely functioning pin with C-hook, as well asandnbsp;an open eye, so thatandnbsp;it can also be worn on a chainandnbsp;if required.
The motif of the brooch is repeated in the matching earrings.andnbsp;Both are set with a rose-cut diamond of approximately 0.08 carat eachandnbsp;. Fully plastic drops of gold still sway at the bottom edge.
Withundnbsp;simple hook hoops, the charming earrings hang beautifully mobile and securely on the ear.
This exquisite jewelry set was created around 1840 in Austria and is a prime example of the aesthetic and high jewelry art of the Biedermeier period. Due to its elegant design, this timeless classic can also be wonderfully combined with modern clothing.
