The fine red gemstone has a stone weight of approximately 0.23 carats, the old cut diamonds have a combined weight of approximately 0.12 carats. The diamonds are in the nice quality range (h-i, si1-si2). The delicately decorated ring band made of yellow gold harmonizes very well with the gemstones.
The ring rail has been stamped with the city mark for Birmingham, the year letter "o" and the Maker's Mark "HS" among others.
