Pretty English vintage brooch with opal, worked in yellow gold 585 / 14 Kt (stamped and guaranteed).

The fine charming gold brooch is centered with a claw-set opal cabochon that is curved framed. The Australian opal with fine shimmer has a weight of about 0.6 carat.
The piece of jewelry can be securely placed on clothing due to its pinning on the back with safety regulator.

The beautiful brooch comes from England and was created around 1950.
