Signed design bracelet no. 216 by Georg Jensen, crafted from sterling silver 925 (stamped, signed and guaranteed).
The sensational bracelet consists of five shiny polished, elongated curved links that are linked together in a flexible way. The concealed box clasp fits seamlessly into the design and guarantees a secure hold on the wrist.
The modernist design of this bracelet was created around 1970 by Astrid Fog, who designed her first jewelry collection for Georg Jensen in 1969. From the very first collection, her designs gained recognition and a large following. She combined simple geometric shapes such as circles, squares and rectangles in a way that was completely new at the time.
The Danish brand Georg Jensen worked according to the philosophy of creating innovative designs that were both beautiful and functional. The company was founded by Georg Jensen in Copenhagen in 1904 and is still known today for its combination of high-quality craftsmanship and artistic aesthetics.
