Description
Antique necklace of the Biedermeier period, made of yellow gold 585 / 14 Kt (tested and guaranteed). The pendant, made of rocailles, leaves and rollers, has a reddish-brown carnelian in oval cabochon cut in its centre. The richly decorated cartouche is complemented by a suspension at the end of which an ornamental decorative element is attached that merges into a finely shimmering natural pearl. The chain of the piece of jewellery must be closed at the back with a spring ring which functions safely.
The historical necklace was created around 1850 in Germany and is an authentic jewel of the Biedermeier period. Today it can be combined perfectly with traditional costume and Dirndl, but also fits very well with the classic style.
Length of the chain: 43 cm.
Dimensions of the trailer (incl. suspension): 3.0 x 5.4 cm.
Dimensions of the carnelian: approx. 9.9 x 6.7 mm.
Diameter of the natural pearl: approx. 4.9 mm.
Weight: 8.6 grams.
Condition: Very nice condition, freshly cleaned, see photos.
You will receive the necklace lovingly packed in one of our high-quality cases and with a certificate of authenticity.
Please note: Vintage and antique jewellery are worn objects which may show slight signs of wear due to their history.
