The finely cut shell cameo shows the profile of the goddess Flora. She is depicted as a young beautiful woman with her attribute, the flower wreath, in her hair, which she wears loosely pinned up.
In the allegorical representation of the seasons, the goddess Flora embodies spring.
The strong, corded border further emphasizes the delicacy of the beautiful gem.
A moveable loop sits at the top, allowing the cameo to be paired with a chain of choice.
