Large vintage statement necklace made of gold-plated sterling silver 925 (stamped and guaranteed).

The opulent necklace consists of hammered, narrow links in the size sequence. The necklace is closed with a spring ring clasp that is variable in length.

Inspired by the film “Cleopatra” with the unforgettable Liz Taylor, Egyptian-style jewelry came back into fashion in the 1960s. The necklace was made in Italy around 1965 and is still a decorative statement today.
