Description
Classically noble pearl necklace from wonderful white Akoyazuchtperlen (Japanese salt water pearls) in beautiful size course worked, which captivate by their even luster and beautiful surface quality. On the back the necklace is closed with a delicate decorative buckle with an additional security shaft made of gold 585 / 14 Kt and platinum (stamped and guaranteed), which is decorated with another small pearl.
The historic necklace comes from Munich and was made around 1935 from early Akoya cultured pearls.
At the beginning of the 20th century the Japanese Mikimoto succeeded for the first time in breeding a full round pearl. The Akoya cultured pearls then increasingly established themselves on the world market in the course of the 1920s. The present Munich necklace is a beautiful timeless companion that enhances every outfit and should not be missing in any jewelry box.
