Wonderful large coral Bouton brooch in rosette shape. On a rear wire construction of silver (tested and guaranteed), delicately polished salmon coral boutons arrange themselves into a plastic flower. On the back the historical brooch has a securely working needle with C-hook. The brooch was created in Naples around 1840 and is a typical piece of 19th century jewellery that can be combined for many occasions and styles.

Diameter of the brooch: approx. 3.7 cm.
Diameter of the coral boutons: approx. 4.2 to 13.9 mm.
Weight: 14.5 grams.
Condition: Very nice condition, some corals with growth characteristics on the back, freshly cleaned, ready to wear. See photos.
