Description
Wonderful historical pendant and pendant loops on long chain with open Venetian pattern, both made of 800 gilded silver (both stamped and guaranteed). A hollow diamond-shaped pendant hangs from the chain, which is accentuated in the middle by a highly oval carnelian cabochon. The colour stone has its typical deep orange, which reminds us of honey or cognac colours. Starting from its centre, the cartouche shaped pendant has been decorated with various goldsmithing techniques: fine gold ball decoration, hammer blow and floral drift work. A spring ring clasp makes the chain easy to put on and take off.This charming piece of jewellery comes from a household in Pforzheim and was created around 1930. Due to its simple but noble design, it can be combined in many ways and delights almost every lover of antique jewellery!
