Description
Rare Russian Art Nouveau pendant with movable pendulum, made of yellow gold 585 / 14 Kt (stamped with Russian Kokoshnik hallmark for 56 Zolotnik).
Elegant pendant runs in the form of a delicate branch with foliage: its leaves are enameled in iridescent shades of green and pink, shimmering as if they were in the sunlight. A movable pendulum protrudes from beneath the leaves, representing another branch with fruit. It is set with three old-cut diamonds, two of them in champagne color, and four egg-shaped natural pearls with delicate pink luster. The diamonds have a combined weight of about 0.5 ct.
A chain of your choice can be threaded through the eyelet of the pendant.
The pendant was created around 1900 in Russia and is a contemporary witness of floral jewelry art in the era of Art Nouveau.
Dimensions of the pendant: 6.5 x 3.2 cm.
Diameter of the eyelet: 4.4 mm.
Diameter of old cut diamonds: ca. 3,3 - 4,3 mm, total ca. 0,5 ct.
Diameter of natural pearls: approx. 4.9 - 5.3 mm.
Weight: 9,1 gram.

You will receive the pendant lovingly packed in one of our nice cases and with certificate of authenticity.
Please note: Vintage or antique jewelry are worn items that may show slight signs of wear due to their history. Pearls are natural products! Structures in the surface and luster are not flaws, but are evidence of the authenticity of natural and cultured pearls.
