Description
Beautiful historical traditional costumes goitre chain / necklace from five rows of salmon red corals in the barrel cut knotted and centered with an elaborate buckle made of gold foam worked. The wonderful ornamental clasp is designed in curved forms with a typical decor of the time of leaf shapes and volutes and centrally decorated with a rosette of seven coral cabochons.
The antique Biedermeier necklace was created around 1850 in Vienna. It is a very nice example for the Biedermeier jewelry in the middle of the 19th century and a stylish addition to traditional costume and Dirndl.
