Description
Stunning Art Déco ring with a fine Brazilian emerald and diamonds, crafted in platinum (tested and guaranteed).
The shield-shaped ring head is set in the center with a bright green emerald weighing 1.65 carats. The emerald in a rounded octagonal cut has a wonderful color and, according to the accompanying test result from the German Diamond Institute (DDI), is barely oiled. It comes from Brazil, where particularly beautiful emeralds are still found today.
The accompanying current expertise from the German Diamond Institute (DDI) in Pforzheim confirms the origin of the beautiful colored stone, as well as its carat and dimensions.
The emerald is surrounded by four sparkling old european cut diamonds and rose-cut diamonds, which are incorporated into geometrically emphasized settings with millegrain accents. The diamonds have a total stone weight of ca. 0.66 carats and are of beautiful quality (G-H, VS2-SI1).
The exquisite ring comes from southern Germany and was created around 1925, the height of Art Deco. It is captivating not only because of its design vocabulary, which is typical of the period, but also because of the natural beauty and quality of the emerald.
